An MBA in Finance & Marketing from Osmania University, he has successfully worked in senior regional roles, leading large multi city teams and driving growth across financial services, talent solutions, and strategic consulting.

His leadership philosophy is rooted in ethical business practices, people first culture, and long-term value creation. With deep industry insight and hands on execution capability, he leads NexaBridge Group with a vision of building sustainable, future ready businesses.

Co-Founder

Mohammad Anjum Begum is the Co-Founder of NexaBridge Group with 14+ years of experience across Banking, Insurance, and HR functions. She holds an MBA in Finance & HR from Osmania University and brings 10+ years of specialized experience in Talent Acquisition, including extensive GCC market exposure.

Her recruitment expertise spans Healthcare, Hospitality, Automobile, Construction, Banking, and Financial Services, covering both Indian and GCC markets. She leads people strategy, workforce planning, and long term talent solutions, ensuring strong alignment between organizations and professionals.

Director & Finance Head

Md Irfanuddin is the Director & Finance Head at NexaBridge Group with 18+ years of experience in finance and accounting.

An MBA in Finance & Marketing from JNTU University, he has extensive expertise in business accounting, financial compliance, taxation, audits, and MIS reporting.

He has managed accounts for multiple businesses, ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and governance, while supporting strategic decision-making across the group.
